2 of The Scouts from 3rd Mayfield went to this event, camping with our friends from 2nd Belmont. It was attended by about 300 members and as a team they have planted about 13,000 trees to help solve the salinity problem in Wagga and surrounds. The camp was fun and the Scouts had an absolute ball.

Ted E Bear (pictured right with joey mob) enjoyed his stay with us and before he left he told me he was very pleased to meet everyone and loved the gift, a brand new teddy mess kit. He went to many activities with us and soon Camel will put up a page about his visit and what he did. Details of Ted and his travels can be found at http://host.scouter.com/ny/caberney. |

Camel, Jared, Jess and Platty are all back safely after a wonderful 2 week holiday in Adelaide, great fun was had by everyone as can be seen in the photo page. The adventure may have come to an end but I am sure that the friends made and the great times had will not be forgotten quickly. We went, we saw, we did it, did it, did it.
